Haiku! | #NaPoWriMo | Day 10

Consisting of three lines in the 5-7-5 syllable format, Haiku is traditionally a Japanese poem of 17 syllables. Here’s my attempt at writing a few.

Haiku 1:
maybe I’m okay
but not the two trees that fell
causing the darkness
Haiku 2:

please stay where you are
don’t you cross the mighty sea
said them, they unfree

Haiku 3:
their tryst followed home
unsaid, unspoken, unvoiced
yet in love, they stand
